The theater committee of Art Critics of São Paulo Association (APCA) held on the evening of this monday (1/12), at the Union of Journalists in Sao Paulo, voting to choose the best of the year by the 59th edition of APCA Award. The actor Cleto Baccic, the protagonist of Man Of La Mancha, was voted Best Actor in 2014. The show, directed by Miguel Falabella and produced by Atelier de Cultura for SESI-SP, also won the award for Best Theatrical Show.
“I am very happy and honored. The APCA Award is recognized as one of the most important in Brazilian theater. It is a great achievement for all musical theater. This award is not only mine but of all who work in this very beautiful project. I thank especially the great Miguel Falabella for their confidence in my work, SESI and FIESP too, for helping me to put into practice another Impossible Dream “celebrated Baccic.
The cerimony of APCA will be held in the first quarter of 2015.
